About the role

We are seeking a confident and stylish Retail Sales Associate to join the launch team of an international luxury fashion brand at DLF Promenade, New Delhi. You will be responsible for delivering a premium shopping experience, from greeting customers to styling them and fostering lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience for every customer.
• Welcome, understand, and style customers, recommending products that match their personal taste.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and effectively communicate the brand story.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clientele.

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience with a luxury fashion brand.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and selling abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Confidence to approach and assist a diverse customer base.
• Ability to interpret personal style and recommend suitable items.
• Genuine passion for fashion, luxury, streetwear and youth culture.
• Smart, well‑presented and outgoing personality.
• Understanding of premium customer service standards.
• Proactive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and rotational shifts.
