Retail Associate – Talent Pool

About the role

As a Retail Associate in our Talent Pool, you will help drive store sales and profit while delivering the adidas brand experience to every customer. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, maintaining visual standards, and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales, KPI and personal performance targets and take ownership of achieving them.
• Deliver adidas Customer Service standards, acting as a Brand Ambassador.
• Use seasonal product knowledge to communicate features, benefits and unique selling points.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures and ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Perform all store operations safely, efficiently and in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and seek coaching for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school education (mandatory).
• Preferably at least 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment focused on customer service and sales.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
