Retail Associate

About the role

The Retail Associate will help the store achieve its sales and profit targets by delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, using product knowledge to inspire loyalty and drive purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales, KPI and personal performance targets and take ownership of meeting or exceeding them.
• Deliver the brand’s customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador.
• Use seasonal product knowledge to communicate features, benefits and unique selling points to customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish stock and ensure the full product range is represented on the sales floor.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately while minimizing loss.
• Perform all store operations safely, efficiently and in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and pursue coaching and training opportunities.

Required profile

• High school education (mandatory).
• Preferably at least 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment focused on customer service and sales.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; strong interpersonal and basic math abilities are essential.
