About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our premium fine‑dining restaurant in Mumbai. As a Restaurant Supervisor you will help ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, high‑quality experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to synchronize food delivery and guest timing.
• Manage guest interactions, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Schedule and supervise front‑of‑house team members, including captains, stewards, hosts/hostesses, and sous chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory of service supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in fine‑dining or premium hospitality (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, guest‑first attitude with strong teamwork ethic.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for food, beverage, and exceptional service.
