Restaurant Manager – Japanese Cuisine

About the role

The Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its Japanese dining outlet. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the outlet’s profitability in line with Hyatt International standards. The role requires close collaboration with culinary, service and back‑office teams to uphold an authentic Japanese dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Japanese restaurant, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies, brand standards and guest expectations.
• Manage the outlet as an independent profit centre, controlling costs, maximizing revenue and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets and reports to support the outlet’s financial success.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large‑scale restaurant with strong standards.
• Proven ability to meet employee, guest and owner expectations.
