About the role

Studio Fig is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its plant‑forward dining concept in the Greater Delhi Area. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on delivering a mindful, high‑quality guest experience while upholding the brand’s sustainability values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant service, from guest arrival to departure, ensuring consistent quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, performance reviews, and mentorship of a large team.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to monitor food and beverage quality, menu execution, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, vendor relationships, and control costs.
• Handle customer feedback, service recovery, and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Track key performance indicators, implement operational improvements, and support promotional events to boost revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including large‑team leadership.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and supervise staff in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and suppliers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
