Community & Experiences Manager

About the role

Latoya is looking for a dynamic Community & Experiences Manager to turn the restaurant and bar into a vibrant social hub in Delhi. This role is hands‑on, focused on creating memorable events, building partnerships, and fostering a loyal guest community.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan and execute 4–6 events or activations each month across music, dance, culture, food, drinks and collaborations.
• Own the full event lifecycle – from idea generation, partner and artist selection, promotion, RSVPs, guest lists to on‑ground execution.
• Develop recurring event formats that become signature experiences for Latoya.
• Build and nurture relationships with Delhi‑NCR communities, corporates, expat groups, creators and complementary brands.
• Identify and manage collaborations that introduce Latoya to new audiences.
• Establish and maintain a network of community leaders, event partners, artists and connectors.
• Engage with relevant Delhi creators and influencers, organise creator experiences and collaborations, and track their impact on awareness and footfall.
• Maintain a guest database, grow WhatsApp/community networks, and activate these segments for targeted events.
• Re‑engage lapsed regulars and personalise outreach for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
• Brief the social media agency on real‑time happenings, ensure events are captured, and spot on‑ground content opportunities.
