Restaurant Manager – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our venue in Mobor, Goa. You will oversee the restaurant, bar/lounge, and room‑service areas, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation, and guest satisfaction while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule staff, covering all positions during absences.
• Maintain service quality and sanitation standards across all dining areas.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with kitchen teams.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with food‑handling, sanitation, and liquor laws.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Handle peak‑period floor support for servers and hosts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and liquor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
