Resort Manager

About the role

As a Resort Manager at Aspen Hospitality, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our premium resort in Rishikesh. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that every guest experiences the brand’s high standards of luxury, comfort, and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational areas including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and ancillary services.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental activities to maintain seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor property performance, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain strong relationships with guests and partners.
• Manage staffing levels, recruit, train, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Support the planning and execution of events, weddings, corporate off‑sites, and MICE activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and report operational metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Proven experience in property or resort management, preferably in luxury or premium settings.
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and performance reporting.
• Experience hiring, supervising, and developing staff to build high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
