Residential Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

SAKA Studio is seeking a full‑time Residential Construction Site Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day activities on residential projects in Gurgaon. You will ensure that work is carried out according to design drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal design teams.
• Monitor labour and material usage, maintain accurate site logs and daily reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Enforce construction safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in site meetings, provide progress updates and support snagging and handover processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supervising residential construction activities.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple contractors.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants and vendors.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work full‑time on site in Gurgaon and adapt to project timelines.
