Resident Medical Officer (BAMS/BHMS) – Evening Shift

About the role

The hospital is seeking a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) qualified with a BAMS or BHMS degree to join the evening shift team. The position is based in Kalyan East, Mumbai and involves providing supervised clinical care to OPD and IPD patients from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD and IPD patients under the guidance of senior physicians.
• Monitor vital signs, maintain treatment charts and update case sheets.
• Respond to basic medical emergencies and deliver initial care.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures and investigations.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and ancillary departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient‑safety standards and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• BAMS or BHMS degree with a valid registration.
• 0–3 years of clinical experience; hospital exposure is an advantage.
• Willingness to work the evening shift (3 PM‑11 PM).
• Good communication skills and ability to work under supervision.
