Resident Doctor (RMO) – Multiple Locations

About the role

The organization is seeking Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to join hospitals across several Indian locations including Chandouli, Delhi, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu and Bihar. The role involves delivering comprehensive medical care, with a focus on intensive care unit (ICU) services. Candidates will be part of a dynamic medical team, reporting to the hospital administration and participating in continuous medical education.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to patients in assigned hospitals, providing diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
• Manage ICU cases, including monitoring, medication administration and emergency interventions.
• Collaborate with senior physicians and nursing staff to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital protocols.
• Participate in ward rounds, attend emergency calls, and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in an ICU setting.
• Willingness to work in any of the listed locations.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle critical cases.
