Reservation Executive (Luxury Resort)

About the role

The Reservation Executive will manage room and package bookings for The St. Regis Goa Resort, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to guest inquiries across phone, email, and online channels. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Salcette, South Goa, and plays a key part in maximizing occupancy and revenue while delivering the brand’s signature personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify reservations in the property management system.
• Provide guests with up‑to‑date information on room types, rates, promotions, and resort services.
• Coordinate with front office, sales, and revenue teams to ensure seamless booking processes.
• Handle special requests, group bookings, and reservation modifications while minimizing errors and overbookings.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
