About the role
The institution seeks a visionary Research Director to lead its research ecosystem. This senior position will drive innovation, enhance research excellence, and foster strategic collaborations across academia and industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive research strategies.
- Promote research projects, publications, and patents.
- Build collaborations with universities and industry partners.
- Guide faculty in securing research funding and writing proposals.
- Coordinate NAAC, NBA, and NIRF research activities.
- Organize research conferences, faculty development programmes, and workshops.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Professor in a university system.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputable research, academic, or administrative organization.
- Strong leadership and strategic management capabilities.
- Experience with NAAC, NBA, and NIRF processes (preferred).
