Renewals Specialist

About the role

Anovia, a leading technology outsourcing provider for the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage medium and large customer renewals. The role ensures smooth renewal processes, accurate pricing, and timely contract closure while collaborating with sales, engineering, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end renewal cycle for medium and large accounts, from identification to renewal decision.
• Maintain the Salesforce Opportunity queue, ensuring SLA compliance, accurate pricing, cost, and margin data.
• Process signed contracts and purchase orders, verify asset accuracy, and generate maintenance pricing with negotiated discounts.
• Engage manufacturers for competitive pricing or special bids when required.
• Create pre‑sales and renewal contracts, update statements of work, and support Account Executives with contract changes.
• Coordinate the consolidated contract/invoice request process, attend customer calls, and ensure timely closure of maintenance agreements.
• Assist collections with invoicing questions, work with Accounting on credit requests, and serve as the maintenance subject‑matter expert.
• Achieve sales objectives, productivity targets, and other KPIs set by sales management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer renewals and contract administration.
• Strong analytical abilities to conduct account, contract, and record‑keeping analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and finance teams.
• Ability to meet SLA and quality metrics consistently.
