Renewals Executive

About the role

The Renewals Executive supports Bottomline’s recurring revenue by coordinating end‑to‑end customer renewals, preparing quotes, validating contracts and ensuring timely, accurate closures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming renewal requests via the shared inbox and case‑management system, triaging and routing to appropriate stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue renewal quotations using Salesforce opportunities, internal tools or off‑system processes.
• Validate renewal values, product entitlements and pricing structures against contracts.
• Maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce and Excel‑based reports, supporting forecasting and retention reporting.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Billing and Sales Operations to resolve queries and remove blockers.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in renewals, revenue operations, sales operations or related commercial roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong data‑validation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.
