Remote Travel Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Remote Travel Associate to join our travel services team. Working from home, you will help clients plan, book, and enjoy seamless travel experiences while providing personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transportation, and travel packages.
• Provide destination insights, travel tips, and customized itineraries.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
• Monitor itineraries for accuracy and proactively resolve issues.
• Stay updated on travel restrictions, visa requirements, and safety advisories.
• Process payments and issue confirmations, vouchers, or invoices.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for reservations and special requests.
• Upsell travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades when appropriate.

Required profile

• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of online booking tools and travel platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with a passion for travel and helping others.
• Reliable internet connection and a comfortable remote workspace.
• Flexibility to work across time zones, weekends, or evenings if needed.
