Remote Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Telemarketer to join our growing team. In this full‑time position you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce our products and services, and help generate qualified leads for internal sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls following approved scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Introduce products or services, explain features and benefits, and answer basic questions.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments or follow‑up calls.
• Record interaction details accurately in the designated CRM or call‑management system.
• Meet daily call‑volume and conversion targets while maintaining a courteous, professional tone.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to refine call strategies and share feedback.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and objections.
• Sales orientation and resilience in handling rejection.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet home office with reliable internet.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or call‑center environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
