Remote Sales Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline for our technology and training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound activities.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls and follow‑up communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Manage the full lead lifecycle in LeadSquared/Appolo, including call logs, notes, stages, and follow‑ups.
• Conduct structured sales calls, perform need analysis, handle objections, and close opportunities.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, connections, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate lead status for pipeline hygiene and reporting.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and identify prospective customers.
• Excellent communication and client‑engagement skills.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically LeadSquared and Appolo.
• Proficiency in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow‑ups.
