Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts across European markets, including the Netherlands, Ireland, and the Nordics. This fully remote position involves engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with senior finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone and outbound campaigns.
• Follow up on leads generated by automated outreach tools and conduct cold calls.
• Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile and understand basic finance automation needs.
• Book qualified meetings, coordinate schedules and ensure high attendance through reminders.
• Join sales calls with senior technical team members, take notes and summarize insights.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and support post‑call follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Professional written and spoken English.
• 2–4+ years of experience in sales development, outbound sales or B2B customer‑facing roles.
• Proven experience with email, LinkedIn and phone outreach, including cold calling.
• Comfortable interacting with international senior stakeholders such as CFOs and Finance Directors.
• Structured, detail‑oriented and proactive mindset.
