Remote Recruiter – Industrial & Manufacturing Talent

About the role

Elevait is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will partner with Fortune 500 clients across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial services, logistics, cybersecurity, life sciences, and healthcare to fill high‑volume, light‑industrial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for roles such as Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, Production Line Workers, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Shipping/Receiving Clerks, and Maintenance Technicians.
• Maintain a robust pipeline using job boards, internal databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Achieve or exceed hiring KPIs and service‑level agreements for large U.S. enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for U.S. light‑industrial or manufacturing roles.
• Proven success in high‑volume contract hiring for large enterprise clients.
• Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing recruitment KPIs.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable home internet and EST‑compatible hours.
