About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Real Estate Agent to drive property sales and leasing in the Dubai market. This full‑time, commission‑only position allows you to work from anywhere while leveraging our digital marketing expertise to connect buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and manage residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Conduct virtual property tours and consultations with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads, negotiate offers, and guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes.
• Prepare digital presentations and marketing materials for each listing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai real‑estate regulations and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align property promotion with broader digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate licence and solid understanding of Dubai property regulations.
• Proven sales track record in a commission‑based environment.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with the ability to build trust remotely.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet revenue targets.
