Remote LLM Trainer - Agent Function Call

About the role

We are looking for a Remote LLM Trainer to create high‑quality multi‑turn conversations that showcase how AI assistants use function‑calling tools. You will work on a project for a leading foundational large language model company, generating data that will be used for fine‑tuning and benchmarking the models.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic multi‑turn dialogues between a user and an AI assistant that leverages tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both the user and the assistant, inserting tool‑call actions only when corrections or specific actions are required.
• Ensure logical flow, proper tool usage, and adherence to the internal formatting and quality playbook.
• Iterate on conversation examples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency and high standards across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong technical reasoning ability and capacity to model real‑world assistant behavior.
• Aptitude for breaking down complex tasks into clear, step‑by‑step dialogues.
• Excellent written English with focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.

Required skills

• Programming experience in any language.
• Proficiency with APIs and function‑calling interfaces.
• Familiarity with JSON data formats.
• Clear and concise written communication in English.
