Remote Assistant (Contract) – Digital Pathology Operations

About the role

Path-iQ is seeking a remote Contract Assistant to support its digital pathology and AI‑driven platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and help accelerate cancer diagnosis workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and virtual events for multiple teams.
• Manage email inboxes and communication channels, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain organized records, documentation, and project trackers.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and basic data entry tasks as needed.
• Support customer and partner communications, following established workflows.
• Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including calendar management and task prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in healthcare, pathology, or AI technologies; prior experience in a related setting is a plus.
• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in administrative or operations roles.

Required skills
