Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facility and administrative activities, supporting production through safe and efficient maintenance of mechanical, electrical and automation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance (PPM) checks according to schedule.
• Respond to corrective maintenance tickets, coordinate with vendors for warranty and AMC services.
• Monitor energy consumption, maintain diesel generators and manage conveyor system reliability.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, transformers, wiring, relay logic and control components such as photo‑eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Carry out minor refurbishment, fire alarm and extinguisher inspections, and routine greasing of carts, trolleys and pumps.
• Handle height work, hot‑work permits, minor civil and plumbing corrective tasks.
• Prepare daily reports on ticket closures, root‑cause analysis and update tools inventory.
• Oversee soft services including pest control, housekeeping and waste disposal, and manage agency staff and shift schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyor, automation or control‑systems maintenance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation or Controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
