Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facility and production equipment. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, respond to corrective maintenance calls, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule.
• Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair work.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty and AMC‑covered systems.
• Monitor energy consumption, perform DG maintenance and maintain conveyor systems.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, transformers and wiring.
• Work with relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components such as motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives and encoders.
• Carry out minor civil, plumbing and fire‑safety checks, including fire alarm and extinguisher inspections.
• Maintain tools inventory, update PPM schedules and provide daily TT reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Background in electrical, mechanical or instrumentation & control engineering.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment and support shift operations.
