Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will lead the bank's relationship‑based activities with multinational and new‑economy corporate clients. Reporting to the Team Leader, the role focuses on growing sales and revenue by advising clients on funding strategies and cross‑selling a broad suite of wholesale banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multinational corporations, advising on optimal funding solutions and product selection.
• Originate, structure, and obtain credit approvals for financial solutions, including working capital, capex, and off‑balance‑sheet financing.
• Cross‑sell treasury, liabilities, digital banking, debt capital markets, syndications, corporate advisory, investment banking, and other bank products.
• Monitor client financial performance, expand share‑of‑wallet, and ensure smooth transaction delivery through close coordination with operations.
• Conduct research and analysis on industries, clients, and markets to support the Relationship Management Group.

Required profile

• CA or MBA from a reputable institute.
• 2–8 years of banking experience, with at least 3–5 years in relationship management of multinational or corporate clients.
• In‑depth knowledge of corporate banking products, concepts, and the Indian market for multinational corporates.
• Strong technical and professional know‑how, service focus, and a willingness to innovate and adapt.
• Understanding of technology applications in banking.
