Registered Nurse – US Night Shift (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to support US healthcare operations during the night shift. Based in Mumbai, you will work remotely or in a hybrid setting, providing clinical documentation, data abstraction, and patient coordination for US‑based providers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret lab reports, clinical documents, and medical records.
• Maintain high‑quality clinical notes according to physician preferences and documentation standards.
• Perform clinical data abstraction, validation, and interpretation from multiple healthcare systems.
• Identify drug interactions, abnormal findings, and adverse effects to support optimal patient care.
• Coordinate with patients regarding health concerns, appointments, and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with practice managers and healthcare teams to ensure smooth workflow management.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification, B.Sc Nursing or equivalent medical degree.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
• Experience reading and interpreting lab reports and medical records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with patients over phone calls.
• Willingness to work US night shift hours.
