Regional Training Manager – Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based in Mumbai and will lead learning delivery across multiple branches in the assigned region. The role focuses on strengthening employee capability through functional, behavioural, and digital learning interventions within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct induction, refresher, functional, product, and behavioural training sessions for employees.
• Facilitate training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required.
• Deliver learning in both classroom and virtual (VILT) formats and travel across the region to support branches.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.
• Create clear, engaging training material such as presentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modules.
• Refresh and modernise existing content for digital accessibility using tools like Canva and AI‑based design tools.
• Support Train‑the‑Trainer programs by preparing easy‑to‑use content and designing smooth digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, operations, HR, and internal trainers to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date training delivery.
• Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance, participant feedback, and assessments, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Senior Manager / Manager level experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong facilitation skills for both physical classrooms and virtual platforms (VILT).
• Proven ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex topics.
• Willingness to travel across the region to support branch training needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for creating visual training content.
• Experience using AI‑based tools for content creation, visual design, and basic video elements.
