Regional Training Manager – FinTech

About the role

BharatPe is seeking a Regional Training Manager to design, implement and oversee learning programs that boost employee capabilities across its fast‑growing fintech ecosystem. You will partner with regional teams to close skill gaps and drive a culture of continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Analyze performance data and conduct stakeholder discussions to define organization‑wide learning priorities.
• Design and roll out blended learning strategies, including classroom sessions, e‑learning modules and field‑based resources.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of training programs, ensuring logistics, resource planning and delivery quality.
• Implement evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to measure learning impact and business outcomes.
• Stay updated on L&D trends, technologies and best practices to continuously improve the learning ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering corporate training programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑velocity fintech environment.
• Data‑driven mindset for assessing training effectiveness.
