Regional Training Manager – Axis (Kerala)

About the role

The Regional Training Manager – Axis will lead learning initiatives for both internal staff and external advisors across the Kerala territory. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, recruitment techniques and selling skills to boost overall productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver training programs for internal employees, including relationship officers and sales teams.
• Develop training content such as one‑pagers, presentations, calculators, product comparisons and sales kits.
• Coordinate and execute monthly training calendars for external advisors, travelling to branches throughout the assigned region.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback and customer conversations.
• Provide ongoing support to trainees via phone and email to resolve queries and facilitate business conversion.
• Undertake personal development by completing certifications (Licentiate, Associate, Fellowship, NCFM) and staying updated on financial sector trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training, learning and development or sales enablement, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage advisors who are not direct employees.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala to conduct on‑site sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously and meet tight timelines.
