Regional Quality Control Manager

About the role

UltraTech is seeking a Regional In‑charge Quality Control professional to lead quality initiatives across its Gurgaon operations. The role combines business development, technical support, and vendor coordination to ensure concrete products meet the highest standards of strength and durability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical presentations covering specifications, quality analysis, and client requirements.
• Educate customers on concrete technical parameters, gather feedback through site visits, and address escalated product quality complaints.
• Provide mix‑design calculations, raw‑material analysis, and statistical analysis of cube strength.
• Track industry innovations, conduct technical meetings with architects and engineers, and identify opportunities for technical solutions.
• Develop new VAC products based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate product trials, third‑party testing agencies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Achieve regional sales targets while managing vendor relationships and raw‑material quality approvals.

Required profile

• 9‑16 years of relevant experience.
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Proven team‑handling and client‑management capabilities.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
