Regional People Partner (Temporary)

About the role

The Regional People Partner will champion The Knot Worldwide’s values and support people functions across the region. You will partner with People Business Partner leads, Legal, Talent Acquisition and People Operations to execute talent strategies that align with local and global goals, driving retention, engagement and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee and manager relations, including grievances, performance improvement plans, terminations and workplace issues.
• Partner with Legal and labor relations to interpret and enforce local labor policies and ensure compliance documentation.
• Lead regional talent reviews, adapt global talent strategies, and support talent management initiatives such as coaching frameworks and performance management.
• Facilitate manager training, employee development programs, and action planning based on Voice of Employee insights.
• Support compensation and rewards processes, including out‑of‑cycle adjustments and local leveling in collaboration with Total Rewards.
• Drive organizational and structural support, contributing to global programs like performance review cycles and employee engagement activities.
• Oversee employee life‑cycle touch‑points such as onboarding, off‑boarding, exit interviews and analysis.

Required profile

• Strong experience in employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Proven ability to partner with legal, talent acquisition and people operations teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance reviews and leadership development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultural contexts.
