Regional Marketing Manager – Gold Loan (Lucknow)

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will act as the marketing partner for the Gold Loan business, supporting the sales team across Lucknow and surrounding areas. You will drive on‑ground marketing initiatives that boost lead generation, branch visibility, and overall business acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify marketing needs and align initiatives with sales targets.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation programs, hyper‑local campaigns, and outreach activities.
• Enhance branch visibility through outdoor branding, signage, and neighborhood activation.
• Manage the BTL calendar, coordinating roadshows, leaf‑let drops, kiosk activities, and partnerships.
• Oversee deployment of merchandising, POSM, and branding materials across all branches.
• Lead marketing support for new branch launches, from pre‑launch visibility to post‑launch sustain plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely, cost‑efficient execution.
• Track effectiveness of initiatives and provide insights on lead generation and visibility impact.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in regional/field/trade/branch marketing.
• Background in NBFC, gold loan, retail financial services, banking or multi‑location consumer businesses.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑branch, multi‑city marketing operations.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of BTL, hyper‑local marketing, lead generation and branch visibility.
• High execution orientation with ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management across sales, branches, marketing and vendors.
