Regional Manager - Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

NeoLacta, a company that develops human milk-derived products for NICU use, is looking for a Regional Manager. The role is that of a dynamic sales manager responsible for managing a regional team, developing markets in medical institutions and corporate hospitals, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the team and define long-term and short-term goals for the region
• Develop markets in medical institutions and corporate hospitals, and manage key accounts and KOLs
• Forecast and achieve sales objectives
• Manage key stockists, their inventory and outstanding orders, and recommend adding or removing stockists
• Plan and implement 100% HCP coverage, and plan and structure manpower
• Recruit, induce, train and develop KAMs
• Strategise business plans, review their implementation, and set the region's operating rhythm
• Stay informed on company products, category, services and commercial terms

Required profile

• Preferably a BSc or B.Pharm graduate; an MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in progressive pharma sales, with at least 2 years as a first-line manager
• Proven track record handling key accounts
• Willingness to travel within the city and out of station about 50-60% of the time
• Risk-averse and able to adapt to an agile startup environment
• Good English; fluency in local languages is an added advantage
