Regional Head of Quality

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Regional Head of Quality to lead product quality across all stages, from incoming materials to finished goods, at its Bengaluru location. You will define quality strategy, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and business expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a quality vision, strategy, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end quality oversight from new product development through warranty analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce PPM, warranty costs, and waste.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs, providing insights to senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12‑15 years of industry experience establishing and driving quality standards.
• Proven strategic leadership in quality functions, including budget responsibility.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Expertise with ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and components.
• Project management experience.
