Regional Digital Communication Specialist

About the role

This position will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, improving website rankings, optimizing content for search engines and AI‑driven search experiences, and leveraging data to improve digital performance. You will develop and execute SEO strategies, manage technical SEO issues, and use AI tools to enhance content visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) content planning.
• Monitor and improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
• Create AI‑search‑friendly FAQs, knowledge content, topic clusters and entity‑based structures.
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to enhance content research and SEO workflows.
• Track performance with Google Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager and analyse competitor activity.
• Manage crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects and page‑speed optimisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of search‑engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands‑on experience with content optimisation and SEO content strategy.
• Knowledge of GEO and AI‑driven search visibility.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge (crawl, index, Core Web Vitals).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
