Red Teaming Consultant

About the role

Join Deloitte Cyber as a Red Teaming Consultant and help organisations defend against evolving cyber threats. You will work on offensive security engagements, threat simulations and resilience projects, contributing to large‑scale cybersecurity transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of offensive security and cybersecurity transformation projects across multiple client sites.
• Perform development and customization activities for security and data‑protection technology implementations.
• Execute assigned tasks under general supervision, ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables.
• Apply Deloitte methodologies, frameworks and tools to business processes and IT management.
• Assist with practice development, documentation and engagement coordination.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of cybersecurity experience with hands‑on work in at least two areas such as penetration testing, red teaming, phishing, threat management or adversary simulation.
• Experience with offensive security tools (e.g., Nmap, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as OWASP, CIS, NIST or ISO/IEC 17799.
• Proven ability in vulnerability discovery, threat analysis, remediation tracking and security reporting.
• Programming/scripting skills in Python, PowerShell or Bash.
• Relevant certifications – Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, and at least one advanced cert such as OSCP or OSWP.
