About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for talent acquisition and be comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Manage bulk and lateral hiring campaigns to meet staffing targets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and generate regular reports.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to source talent across multiple channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
