Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, source talent across multiple platforms, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update activities in the ATS.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Meet recruitment targets and closure timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.

Required profile

• 1–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing and end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a target‑oriented mindset.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
