Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Target‑Based up to ₹20k/month)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to handle end‑to‑end hiring for multiple clients. The position is fully remote and target‑driven, offering a performance‑based earnings structure.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Interpret client requirements and match suitable profiles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial calls and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and manage offer negotiations.
• Handle several job openings simultaneously while meeting monthly recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience, preferably in recruitment or staffing agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling, follow‑ups and target‑oriented work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
