Recruitment Consultant – Leadership Hiring

About the role

KNR, India’s leading executive search firm, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Gurugram office. You will work closely with senior team members on leadership hiring projects across Asia‑Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Africa, focusing on non‑tech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for upper‑mid and senior management positions in domestic and international markets.
• Source candidates using advanced search techniques on LinkedIn, Naukri and other databases.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate fit, and coordinate the full hiring process.
• Develop market intelligence, industry profiles and client‑specific talent maps.
• Maintain regular communication with senior stakeholders and provide timely updates.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of leadership hiring experience in non‑tech industries (manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, chemicals, automotive, engineering, etc.).
• Proven ability to engage senior executives both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on market research and talent mapping.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing on LinkedIn
• Proficiency with Naukri and other recruitment databases
• Candidate assessment and profiling
