Recruitment Consultant – Leadership Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Leadership Hiring practice. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment mandates for senior‑level positions across multiple industries, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑senior to leadership roles.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify senior candidates.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals and headhunting.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior professionals and industry leaders.
• Screen, assess and present candidates based on experience, leadership capability and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring stakeholders to define search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, manage offers and ensure smooth closures.
• Deliver market intelligence, talent insights, competitor mapping and compensation benchmarking.
• Handle multiple leadership mandates simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
• Drive revenue‑generating assignments and support business growth.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in recruitment, executive search or leadership hiring.
• Proven track record hiring senior management, directors, VPs or CXOs.
• Strong expertise in headhunting, market mapping and passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Broad understanding of various industries, functions and organisational structures.
• Experience managing client and candidate relationships is a plus.
