Recruiter – Remote, Target‑Based Compensation up to 20K

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling talent solutions startup building AI‑powered platforms that connect top professionals with high‑growth remote roles across India and global markets. As a Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for tech, product, marketing and operations positions, shaping career journeys for candidates and strategic talent outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and qualify high‑potential candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio reviews and proactive outreach.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for 5–8 concurrent roles, from job‑description creation to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business goals into clear role profiles, success criteria and hiring timelines.
• Run structured interview processes with scorecards, feedback loops and debriefs to ensure quality and speed.
• Track and optimize metrics such as Time‑to‑Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Quality and Candidate NPS using ATS dashboards.
• Build and maintain a curated talent pipeline through Boolean searches, CRM tools and employer‑branding content.

Required profile

• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).
• Strong Boolean search and candidate‑sourcing capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
• Ability to design a positive candidate experience and manage talent pipelines.
• Preferred background in tech recruitment (SDE, product, data) and familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and employer‑branding content creation.
