Recruiter – Remote (Non‑IT/Operational Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join Casamentero Consulting’s growing team on a remote basis. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for non‑IT and operational sales positions, helping our clients secure top talent quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
• Focus on hiring for roles such as Telesales Executive, Inside Sales Specialist, Retention/Renewal Associate, and similar operational sales profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen and assess applicants against role requirements and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Meet recruitment timelines and targets while providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in talent acquisition for sales or operational roles.
• Proven ability to source candidates using job portals and professional networks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple requisitions independently.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and a go‑getter mindset.
