Recruiter I – US Shift

About the role

MSI Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Recruiter I to support its US talent acquisition needs from Bangalore. The role works on the US night shift (9 PM – 6 AM) and focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for Warehouse, Accounts, IT, and SCM roles using job boards, social media, Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Create and manage candidate profiles, post job advertisements, and maintain the talent database.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and ensure efficient hiring processes.
• Conduct preliminary phone screens, shortlist candidates, and schedule in‑person or virtual interviews.
• Oversee employee referral programs and generate recruitment reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience recruiting for US‑based positions.
• Willingness to work the US night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
• Proven ability to recruit quickly in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and interview coordination.
