Recruiter – Full‑time On‑site (Visakhapatnam)

About the role

Placemein HR Solutions is seeking a full‑time Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring activities for fresher and early‑career positions. The role is based on‑site in Visakhapatnam and involves close collaboration with colleges, training partners, and internal teams to deliver qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring partners.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for fresher and early‑career roles, partnering with colleges and training institutes.
• Maintain candidate databases, track hiring metrics, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Align hiring plans with client needs and program timelines through coordination with internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities to work with colleges, students, and client organizations.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to handle multiple hiring drives and reporting activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business or related fields advantageous); prior recruitment or campus hiring experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Visakhapatnam and travel locally to partner colleges or hiring locations as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Competence in using spreadsheets for data management.
• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms.
