Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target‑oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, and Job Hai.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and keep the recruitment database up to date.
• Ensure positions are filled within the defined turnaround time.
• Prepare daily recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent follow‑up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Result‑driven and target‑oriented mindset.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Energetic, positive, and fun‑loving personality is a plus.
