About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle for our organization in Mumbai. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate onboarding and background verification processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide updates.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to join immediately or within 15 days.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms.
- Proficiency using job portals for candidate sourcing.
