Recruiter – Education & EdTech Hiring

About the role

Tallento.ai is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end hiring for education and EdTech clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements to securing candidate joinings, while meeting aggressive targets.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret detailed job requirements, including role, experience, salary budget, location and interview process.
• Source candidates via Tallento’s database, job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities and referrals.
• Screen candidates for experience, role fit, communication skills, salary expectations and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews, manage written tests or demo lectures for faculty roles, and ensure candidates receive timely information.
• Handle salary discussions, offers, counter‑offers, document collection and joining confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide structured feedback to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education, EdTech or related sectors.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to convert vacancies into interviews, offers and joinings.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior professionals and faculty members.
• Ability to manage high‑priority requisitions and maintain confidentiality.
